BAKING LESSON ROCKS!
i had tons of fun baking with my younger sister! but the point is SHE DIDN'T BAKE AT ALL! omg! yesterday headed down to RTC for baking class & honestly, it was quite worth it :) my sister was slacking away & she was a total clean freak! ( which i could not stand it! ) she didn't want to mix the flour & sugar & butter using her hands!
i forced her & IN THE END, she did! she had a lot of fun but she was so clean conscious! OMG!

the cookies are sweet & nice :D totally worth it! & i get to bring the remaining of the dough home! :D so i can bake at home WHENEVER i want to :D

next recipe was BLACK FOREST CAKE!
honestly, it was a disaster! ): i have a hard time covering the cake with chocolate cream :D the chef was damn good can! he helped me to make it nice! i guess i have TONS OF WORK TO DO FOR BAKERY! my sister was at no help! she was talking to my mum & i was doing it all by myself!
